This particular role is for Bartenders who will be integral members of the P.F. Chang's team. Working in a fast-paced restaurant setting, bartenders are expected to deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent customer service and crafting alcoholic beverages that strictly follow the restaurant’s signature recipes and garnishes. Bartenders at P.F. Chang's are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operation of bar equipment, assisting with inventory control, and ensuring responsible alcohol service in compliance with company policies. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other hospitality team members to meet and exceed guest expectations. This position is available for immediate hiring on a full-time or part-time hourly basis. Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Make and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
  • Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Partner with other hospitality service team members to ensure the guests have everything they need
  • Ability to learn how to set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s China Bistro specifications
  • Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service
