As a bartender at IRHG, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere where your cocktail crafting skills take center stage. This role requires not only technical proficiency in creating and serving drinks but also a genuine passion for connecting with bar patrons and leaving a lasting positive impression. You will be responsible for maintaining an attractive and functional bar area, restocking inventory, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. Your knowledge of the menu, including dietary considerations, will be crucial in responding promptly to guest inquiries. Additionally, you will handle final billing, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards. This position requires someone who is energetic, team-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with both guests and colleagues. Working a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays, you will be an integral part of a vibrant hospitality team that values heart and dedication.

Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
- Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
Job Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience

Job Duties
- Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
- Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
- Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
- Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
