The Bartender position within the Food and Beverage Department is a pivotal role at Legends Global, available as a part-time, hourly, and non-exempt employment opportunity. This role is essential in creating a positive customer experience by performing bar operations with professionalism and care. Bartenders at Legends Global are responsible for efficiently setting up and breaking down assigned bar stations, handling all forms of payment and managing inventory in line with company policies, and ensuring all health and alcohol service codes are adhered to. The position requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships. Bartenders collaborate closely with barbacks and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations, meet guests' needs, and uphold the company’s standards of hospitality and safety.

Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- must complete Alcohol Compliance Training
- must be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements

Job Duties
- Set up and break down assigned bar
- handle all forms of payment and inventory according to company policy
- complete all assigned paperwork appropriately
- ensure all health codes are followed
- direct barbacks when stock is needed
- serve customers in accordance with ASM/Savor alcohol policy
- establish and maintain positive client relationships
- perform other duties as assigned
