The role being offered is that of a Bartender, a key position within the club's beverage service team. This role is full-time and essential in providing high-quality drink services to members and guests. The bartender will be responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring all drinks meet the club's standards of quality and presentation. This person will serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar. The bartender must maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory and supplies, and uphold all relevant health and safety regulations. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage service protocols is necessary, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle cash transactions accurately, and assist in training new bartenders is also expected.
