Carving a niche in the entertainment industry, Cinpolis USA is not just a theater chain; it's a passion-driven company that values its people as its most valuable asset. The company thrives on creating a workplace culture where team members are appreciated, empowered, and supported. Employees at Cinpolis USA benefit from generous perks including employee discounts on movie tickets, food, and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as recognition for milestone work anniversaries. The company maintains a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
The role of a Bartender at Cinpolis USA offers a unique opportunity to combine passion for outstanding service with mixology skills within a premium luxury cinema setting. This position is integral to the Operations Department and reports directly to the General Manager of the theater. Bartenders play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by embodying Cinpolis values such as Nice and Amazing Service, and Passion and Commitment, ensuring every patron receives not just a drink but a signature experience.
The position offers competitive base pay ranging from $15.50 to $19.50 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and quality service the company expects. Bartenders are entrusted with a range of responsibilities including welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, taking food and beverage orders efficiently, and maximizing sales through knowledgeable suggestions. Bartenders are also responsible for the preparation and serving of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining cleanliness throughout the bar area, managing inventory levels, and supporting smooth operations through effective handling of payments and guest inquiries. This role demands a keen attention to detail, superb communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
