We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Bartender, a key role within our hospitality team. Starting at $5.50 per hour, this non-exempt position typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending on local requirements. As a Bartender at HMSHost, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and skillfully mixing beverages including cocktails, beer, and other drinks. Your duties will also include providing superior customer service, handling transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and ensuring compliance with company policies including alcohol awareness procedures. This role demands the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers and team members in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, and maintain the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
