The role being offered is for a Bartender who will be an integral member of The Heathman's food and beverage team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service guidelines. The Bartender must demonstrate a strong knowledge of drinks including cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, coffee, and brunch beverage offerings. In addition to beverage preparation and service, the Bartender will oversee cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and surrounding areas. They will ensure proper setup and breakdown of the bar for morning service operations and manage accurate processing of guest orders, payments, and cash handling. Commitment to responsible alcohol service is paramount, requiring adherence to local laws and company policies. The role also involves assisting with inventory management, stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and completing daily side work duties.

The Heathman provides a flexible work schedule with availability required for mornings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands of the job include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and the capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
