The role available is centered around a beverage service position that entails preparing drink orders following specific recipes and precise measuring systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing, opening, and serving wine and champagne, setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and tools involved in beverage preparation. The role also requires processing all payment methods, managing the cash bank at the end of shifts including report completions and securing funds.
