The role available is centered around a beverage service position that entails preparing drink orders following specific recipes and precise measuring systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing, opening, and serving wine and champagne, setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and tools involved in beverage preparation. The job involves preparing fresh garnishes, stocking supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper goods, and managing the transport of supplies to the bar setup area. Responsibilities extend to washing glassware, removing soiled wares, and communicating replenishment needs to ensure seamless service. The role also requires processing all payment methods, managing the cash bank at the end of shifts including report completions and securing funds. Security of all beverages and storage areas is paramount, alongside completing closing duties as required. Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to recipes using measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, tables, and tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Transport supplies to bar setup area
- Wash soiled glassware
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Follow all safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company assets
