  • proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment
  • extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • certification in responsible beverage service where required by law

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
  • ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements
  • monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns
  • prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations
  • adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • handle cash and process payments accurately
  • collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service
