We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining and entertainment experience through the delivery of high-quality beverage service and genuine hospitality. As a Bartender at Spare Time Entertainment, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to our specific recipes and pouring guidelines, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and operating the POS system accurately. You will engage guests by recommending menu items, promoting specials, and upcoming events, contributing to an energetic and inviting atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years bartending or waitstaff experience, possess certification such as TIPS or SERVSafe (based on state law requirements), and demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working during weekends and evenings, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
