We are currently seeking passionate, experienced, and motivated Bartenders/Mixologists to join the Manhattan Beach Post family. This role is perfect for individuals who are deeply committed to the art and craft of cocktail making and who thrive on providing outstanding guest service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of bartending experience, especially behind bars focused on hand-crafted cocktails, micro-brewed beers, and nuanced wine programs. This position requires a perfectionist with exceptional craftsmanship skills, capable of preparing classic cocktails like the perfect Sazerac or a balanced Hemingway Daiquiri, as well as dynamically creating unique drinks on the fly based on guest preferences while maintaining impeccable flavor harmony.

This role emphasizes the importance of guest interaction and prioritizes service above all else. Beyond technical cocktail skills, the successful candidate will share a passion and knowledge for food that aligns with the high standards of the restaurant’s service team.
