Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
- Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages
- Answer guest questions and provide menu or drink recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Prepare garnishes, supplies, and bar setup before service
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- Verify legal drinking age by checking identification
- Collaborate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
