Mission Yogurt is currently seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality-oriented Bartender to join its team at Marczyk Fine Foods, located at Denver International Airport. This role is integral to ensuring that the establishment’s high standards of beverage preparation, guest service, and cleanliness are consistently met. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent guest service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all safety and alcohol service regulations. The role requires open availability with projected weekly hours of 25 to 30, offering a competitive wage of $16.27 per hour plus generous tips.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of bartending experience and embody the core values of Mission Yogurt, which include loyalty, innovation, service, communication, and flexibility. The bartender must deliver superior food and beverage service while maximizing customer satisfaction, uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies, and ensure that all operating and quality standards are consistently achieved. Professionalism, ethical behavior, and excellent judgment when addressing work-related issues are essential qualities for this position. Candidates will also need to pass a 10-year background check in compliance with TSA guidelines.
Additionally, this position demands physical stamina to stand for up to 12 hours and perform activities such as climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting. The ability to lift and move weights up to 20 pounds frequently, and occasionally carry weights up to 50 pounds, is required.

Job Duties
- Making alcoholic beverages by using the tools and equipment given to ensure portioning and quality are under control and ensuring taste quality meets company and customer standards
- Taking guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and entering them into the POS system
- Delivering food and drink orders to customers
- Keeping the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized, including tables, chairs, trash cans, bar equipment, floors, and walls
- Stocking all products needed during the shift and at the end of it to prepare the next shift for success
- Offering the best service to guests and ensuring guest satisfaction with quality products and services
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Passing a 10-year background check as per TSA guidelines
