We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers and bartenders to join our team. This role involves attending to guests with attentiveness and professionalism while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest areas. As a server or bartender, you will play a key role in the dining experience by greeting guests promptly, explaining menu offerings, taking and delivering orders efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their meal. In addition to serving guests, you will be responsible for supporting the operations behind the scenes like managing the coffee bar, setting up tables for different meals, and handling cleaning duties to maintain a pristine environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to greet guests promptly and provide courteous service
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Basic understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain beverage cost goals

Job Duties
- Greet the guest within thirty seconds of their arrival into the restaurant
- Offer the guest drinks and fill the order
- Explain our menu along with any chef specials that we may be serving
- Take their order and fill the order, making sure that food arrives at the table within eight minutes from order time
- Round out their meal by offering dessert after their meal along with any after dinner drinks if server/bartender is working the evening shift
- Present the check
- Make sure that all tickets including vouchers are rang up in the POS system
- Set up the front desk coffee bar and maintain it throughout the shift
- Deliver food ordered to the room within thirty minutes if in-room dining is offered
- Set up tables and stock cabinets with glasses for different meal shifts
- Roll flatware for next day use
- Clean guest visible areas including breakfast cold bar and sneeze guards
- Bust tables immediately unless taking guest order
- Clean windows, doors, and shelving daily
- Vacuum carpet daily
- Sweep and mop if no steward is available
- Follow all drink recipes and report broken or spilled alcoholic beverages on the waste sheet
- Always keep focus on guests
- Accept that the Food and Beverage Director may adjust duties as needed and take disciplinary actions if job standards are not met
