We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bartenders. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving expertly made cocktails, taking food orders, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience. This position offers a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday shifts, and competitive compensation that ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour based on experience. The Bartender role at Charlestown is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all guests by maintaining a high standard of customer service, showcasing a detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. You will prepare a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders efficiently, handle payments, and maintain the bar area by replenishing supplies as needed. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. We prioritize ongoing training and prefer candidates with T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol certification, which must be completed within 90 days of employment if not already held.
