  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and dining service
  • Deliver warm, professional, and seamless guest experiences
  • Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar environment
  • Maintain proper alcohol service standards and verify guest identification
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions and complete tip reporting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge areas
  • Manage bar inventory, restocking, and storage of supplies
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
