The Bartender role at Stonebridge, located in Seattle, Washington, is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Bar Manager. This role is integral to the beverage service operations within the company's hospitality venues. The hourly pay rate for this role is set at $21.30, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation. As a Bartender, the individual is responsible for expertly mixing, pouring, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages adhering to established recipes and guest preferences. This position requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The Bartender must deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, managing guest consumption responsibly in line with legal guidelines and internal policies. Skills in handling cash and credit transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems are essential for processing guest payments efficiently. Additionally, the Bartender supports inventory management by reporting shortages or discrepancies to the Bar Manager and follows strict procedures during opening and closing shifts, including cleaning and securing bar stock and equipment. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task efficiently. Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations and possession or the ability to obtain TIPS certification within 30 days of hire is required. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is also necessary.
