Job Description

Kinseth Hospitality Corporation (KHC) is a well-established hospitality company known for its commitment to providing exceptional lodging and dining experiences through its diverse portfolio of hotels and restaurants. With a strong presence in the Midwest region, Kinseth Hospitality Corporation prides itself on maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and employee engagement. The company values professionalism, teamwork, and a dedication to quality, which is reflected in both the service provided to guests and the work environment offered to its employees. KHC fosters career growth and offers employees various benefits and opportunities to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.

Kinseth Hospitality Corporation is currently seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join their team. This role involves mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons at the bar, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The Bartender will engage guests by taking orders, suggesting beverages and food options, and preparing drinks according to established recipes and standards. This position requires a individual who demonstrates good judgment, particularly with regard to responsible alcohol service, such as refusing service to intoxicated guests and verifying legal drinking age.

The Bartender will also be responsible for maintaining the bar area, including arranging bottles and glasses for an attractive display, replenishing bar snacks, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. The role demands attention to detail when handling cash transactions, compliance with state laws regarding alcohol service times, and adherence to company policies outlined in the KHC handbook. While the position does not have supervisory responsibilities, it plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the overall guest experience.

This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package. Employees become eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include 401k retirement savings plans, paid training, paid time off (PTO), and access to a referral program. Moreover, staff receive discounts at all Kinseth Hotel Corporation hotels and restaurants. The company also offers DailyPay, allowing employees early access to earned wages. The Bartender position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and are passionate about hospitality and guest interaction. Join Kinseth Hospitality Corporation and become part of a team that values quality service, safety, and professionalism, helping create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the doors.
