The role at PopStroke is tailored for individuals who are passionate about guest service and beverage preparation within a fast-paced, engaging atmosphere. This bartending position offers an hourly wage plus tips and is categorized as non-exempt. The successful candidate will be expected to bring enthusiasm, positive energy, and dedication to every shift, helping to create memorable experiences for guests both in the restaurant, bar, and out on the golf course. In this role, bartenders are not only responsible for mixing drinks and serving beverages but also play a key role in guest interactions by sharing extensive knowledge about the food menu and available spirits, beer, and wine selections. Additionally, using technology such as the PopStroke mobile ordering app to assist guests enhances the overall service experience.

Bartenders at PopStroke also take ownership of the cleanliness and orderliness of food, beverage, and gaming areas. Duties include preparing fresh garnishes, stocking supplies, managing inventory, following all safety and sanitation guidelines as well as state liquor laws, and providing cash handling with precision. The successful team member will be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth service.
