We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The pay range for this position is from $15 to $20 per hour, which includes a base wage of $10.00 per hour plus tips. This role involves not only selling and making drinks but also ensuring that every guest is treated with friendliness and efficiency. The Bartender will be responsible for greeting customers, expertly preparing a variety of alcoholic beverages, and handling payment transactions using computerized systems.

The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as the ability to multitask in a busy environment. You will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, perform specific side-work tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant. Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding guests’ expectations and handling situations with professionalism and politeness is a key part of this role.

Furthermore, the Bartender must verify legal drinking age, monitor guests’ drinking behavior, and intervene appropriately to maintain a safe environment. This includes offering alternatives like taxis to guests who may have consumed too much alcohol and collaborating with management when necessary. Attention to personal grooming and adherence to uniform standards are also essential, as you will represent our establishment during your shift.

This position involves physical activity such as standing and walking for the entire shift, bending, lifting, and wiping surfaces frequently. Safety hazards such as cuts, slips, falls, and burns are present, so a careful and attentive approach to work is required. Frequent hand washing is a routine part of maintaining hygiene standards.
