This position mainly involves responsible service of alcohol, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and ensuring safety and sanitation. Employees will also need to have a solid knowledge of the food and beverage offerings to assist guests effectively. The job demands excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate actively with guests to build rapport, and the capability to maintain composure under pressure with a friendly and warm attitude. Openers and closers must complete their tasks efficiently and with pride, reflecting the standards of The Trophy Bar. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartender experience of 2 years or more
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 19 years old to comply with legal drinking age
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to smile and remain friendly under pressure

Job Qualifications

A team player
Decent knowledge for sports
2+3 years of bartender experience required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Accountable and resilient
Knowledge of basic cocktails

Job Duties

Ensure responsible alcohol service including checking IDs to confirm legal drinking age
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
Maintain proper cash/credit card handling procedures as prescribed by the company
Exemplify Trophy Bar's vision and values in the way you approach your shift each day
Maintain safety and sanitation practices
Food and beverage menu knowledge
Accurately and quickly complete opening and closing duties while taking pride in it
Follow all policies and processes communicated by your manager or the company
Position includes building customer relations through active communication with guest
Excellent customer service to all customers and internal team members
Deliver an outstanding experience that guest will remember as unique and fulfilling
Ability to work well under pressure and still smile
A warm personality, attentive and attention to detail
