We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled bartenders to join our team immediately. This role demands up-to-date knowledge of current trends in the alcoholic beverage industry, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation. Our bartenders excel in maintaining a smooth workflow even in busy settings, serving drinks quickly and accurately without sacrificing excellent customer service. The position involves greeting guests warmly, mixing drinks according to standardized recipes, maintaining proper bar inventory, and adhering strictly to all liquor laws and company policies.

To excel in this role, bartenders should possess certification via a state, federal, or local training program and demonstrate familiarity with food safety standards and beverage handling. Bartenders must also have good verbal and written communication skills in English, solid mathematical capabilities to handle cash transactions efficiently, and the ability to promote the variety of menu items confidently. Job Requirements

  • one year bartending experience required, including certification by state, federal, or local required training program
  • food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers permit as required by law
  • ability to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with guests and take orders
  • basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand weights and measurements
  • ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items
  • brand certification as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
  • use recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks
  • input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
  • receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
  • maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar at all times
  • responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
  • other duties as assigned
