In this role, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the bar and dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for service. Key responsibilities include rolling clean silverware, removing dirty utensils and plates, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and assisting guests throughout their dining experience. The role requires collaboration with other team members to maintain a seamless guest experience and the ability to efficiently resolve guest concerns by escalating to management when necessary.   • able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service
  • remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
  • clean and reset bar after guests leave
  • sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
  • escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
  • communicate well with teammates to ensure guest needs are met
