We are currently seeking a professional and licensed Bartender to join our hospitality team on a part-time basis, offering flexible hours to accommodate various event schedules. This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional beverage service during private events held at the Goodman Community Center. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that cater to the diverse tastes of our guests. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20, reflecting the importance of the role and the skills required to perform it proficiently.

The ideal candidate will not only have a solid understanding of drink recipes and beverage preparation but also exhibit strong customer service skills and professionalism. This role requires adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Laws, ensuring that responsible alcohol service is maintained at all times. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Hospitality and Event Services as well as other catering staff to maintain a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment. Responsibilities also include assisting with bar setup and inventory management before events, supporting the event coordinator, managing money accurately, and ensuring proper clean-up and storage of supplies after service.
