The role available is for a Bartender/Service Staff position located within the restaurant, bar, and golf course areas associated with PopStroke venues. This position is hourly and non-exempt, offering pay inclusive of tips. The successful candidate will be the face of the brand to many guests, welcoming them warmly and providing detailed knowledge of the food menu and beverage offerings, including spirits, beer, and wine. In addition to taking and delivering food and drink orders, bartenders assist guests in navigating the PopStroke mobile ordering app, ensuring seamless customer service both indoors and outdoors. Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, preparing garnishes, managing inventory, handling transactions accurately, and collaborating with the team to uphold service quality are vital responsibilities.
Physical stamina is a key requirement, as the role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift, including the ability to handle weights up to 30 pounds and safely use ladders. Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential given the high-volume nature of the environment. Experience with POS systems and excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required for success in this position.

Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Experience using POS systems
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar
- Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine
- Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests
- Serve guests with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food and beverage areas and gaming areas
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the manager of any shortages or discrepancies
- Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances and state liquor laws and regulations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and process payments and balance cash drawers
- Responsible for proper outdoor furniture and yard games storage
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
