Job Duties
- Open and set up bar preparing for service
- Welcome customers and create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality for guests and co-workers
- Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions
- Prepare and serve drinks as per stadium guidelines
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management
- Respond to customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and escalate concerns to management
