We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated bartenders to join our team. This non-exempt role offers hourly pay plus tips and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mixology and excellent guest service. As a bartender at PopStroke, you will be an essential part of creating memorable moments by expertly preparing drinks, sharing knowledge about our food and beverage offerings, and ensuring guests receive top-notch service whether inside the restaurant, at the bar, or around the golf course. The role requires someone who enjoys engaging with guests and working collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and vibrant atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, assisting them with our mobile ordering application, and efficiently managing orders for food and beverages. You will take an active role in preparing garnishes, stocking essential bar supplies, and managing inventory to ensure smooth operations. Compliance with all safety, sanitation, and liquor laws is crucial, along with handling transactions accurately and assisting in the upkeep of outdoor furniture and gaming equipment. The ability to work both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is necessary. This role demands physical stamina, with requirements including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is also essential to meet the demands of our service hours.
