It strives to create an inclusive workplace where every team member can be authentic, make a meaningful impact, and advance their career. Winning is considered an everyday achievement at Legends Global, made possible by uniting as a single, dedicated team.
The SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH, operated under Legends Global’s management, is seeking certified Bartenders on a part-time, event-based schedule. This role is ideal for individuals who have availability primarily during evenings and weekends, as it supports various events such as concerts, comedy shows, private functions, and sporting events. Bartenders will play a critical role in providing exemplary customer service with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
As a Bartender at SNHU Arena, the successful candidate will prepare and serve a variety of beverage items while ensuring that their workstations are maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition. The role requires handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems accurately to guarantee smooth transactions. Coordination with other team members, including Concessions Supervisors, Cashiers, and Runners, is essential to sustain inventory levels and minimize service disruptions.
Adherence to SNHU Arena policies and alcohol service regulations is strictly enforced, including verification of valid identification for all alcohol purchases. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment throughout events and effectively reporting to the cash control team is part of the daily routine. There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.
To perform this role successfully, the candidate must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in customer service, especially within event venues or arenas, is advantageous. Proficiency in preparing standard and specialty beverages, solid cash handling, and math skills, alongside the ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are critical competencies. The position demands reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift or move moderate weights as required.
This part-time, event-based position offers competitive hourly pay and provides a dynamic work environment at the SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH. Employees can expect to work in a vibrant atmosphere surrounded by events that draw large crowds and offer unique experiences. Legends Global is committed to equal opportunity employment and encourages applications from women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans, fostering diversity and inclusion within its workforce.
