The company also earned the 2020 TDn2K Best Practices Award in the Family Dining category, demonstrating its leadership and dedication to both guests and employees.
Silver fosters a workplace culture that places its people first, believing that the success of the company is inherently tied to the personal and professional success of its team members. This philosophy drives the company’s approach to internal growth and development, with an impressive 60 percent of its managers and all General Managers and Area Directors promoted from within the organization. This emphasis on professional advancement reflects Silver’s long-term commitment to its employees, offering not just jobs but meaningful career paths.
The bartender position at Silver is a dynamic opportunity ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, crafting exceptional cocktails, and engaging warmly with guests. Bartenders at Silver are entrusted with creating distinctive drinks using house-made syrups and purees crafted from the freshest farm ingredients. Under the guidance of award-winning mixologist Richard Torres, bartenders play a critical role in delivering an unmatched beverage experience that complements the restaurant’s globally inspired menu. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time positions. With competitive earning potential, full-time bartenders have the opportunity to earn over $1000 per week in tips.
More than just bartending skills, the role involves becoming a welcoming face of the Silver brand, embodying its mission to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations. The environment is fast-paced and fun, fostering a sense of family and respect among staff. Silver is committed to providing its bartenders with the tools and opportunities necessary for career advancement, including roles such as trainer, supervisor, and manager. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, an Employee Assistance Program, and a variety of perks like referral bonuses, meal discounts, gym membership discounts, and work shoe discounts.
