Our granite and polished bronze bar tops invite guests to savor one of our many signature cocktails, while our exhibition-style kitchens provide a glimpse into the culinary expertise of our team. With dishes ranging from tangy crispy ribs and fresh garden salads to a mouthwatering prime rib dip, our menu offers something for everyone.
We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our vibrant team. This role involves a blend of customer service, mixology, and teamwork to create memorable experiences for our guests. The Bartender will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multitasking various front-of-the-house duties, and collecting payments efficiently. The ideal candidate should be polite, attentive, and able to ensure that guests enjoy their drinks and meals while maintaining a seamless workflow with the rest of the staff. Bartenders at Reunion Kitchen + Drink craft both classic and specialty drinks in a timely manner, respond to customer preferences, and help create an inviting atmosphere where patrons feel welcome and valued. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Compensation is $16.90 per hour. Job Requirements
- Must have a current food handler's card and Responsible Beverage Server ID
- California workplace harassment training and/or any additional training required by law
- Must be in good physical condition to walk or stand throughout the entirety of a shift
- Lifting and carrying of items not to exceed 50 lbs
- Extensive and prolonged walking, standing, bending, and reaching required
- Grasping and fine manipulation using hands required
- Ability to work up to 8-10 hours per day
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant experience required
- Bartending experience required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Socialize with guests to serve needs, preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and have cocktail recipes memorized
- Check guests' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
