We are currently seeking Certified Bartenders to join our team on a part-time basis. This flexible role is ideal for individuals who have availability during evenings and weekends and are interested in being part of the dynamic and fast-paced environment of live events. As an Event Bartender at Brookshire's Grocery Arena, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent beverage service while ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards. Event Bartenders at Brookshire's Grocery Arena handle a variety of responsibilities to create a smooth and enjoyable venue experience. You will interact directly with guests, preparing and serving beverages with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment is vital, as is adherence to cash handling and inventory control procedures. This position also requires coordination with Concessions Supervisors, Cashiers, and Runners to ensure adequate stock and uninterrupted service throughout events. Familiarity with the SAVOR Safe Alcohol Management Program and local regulations is essential, and bartenders must verify identification for every alcoholic beverage sale to uphold compliance.

The role demands flexibility, professionalism, and dedication, as bartenders will work during various types of events that may extend late into the evening or during weekends and holidays. The position requires standing for extended periods, continuous walking, and some lifting of up to 30 pounds.
