We are currently seeking experienced and personable Bartenders to join our dynamic front-of-house team. Bartenders will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including classic and innovative cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty beverages. Beyond mixing drinks, the successful candidates will contribute to the restaurant’s high-energy atmosphere through excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly yet professional manner, and collaborating closely with kitchen staff and other team members. As a Bartender at our restaurant, you will be entrusted with maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies such as glassware and garnishes are well-stocked and ready for service. You will be responsible for verifying the age and identification of customers to ensure responsible alcohol service, as well as following all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe workplace. Additional duties include handling cash transactions and operating our point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. Candidates should be comfortable upselling menu items and promoting special offers to enhance the dining experience and drive sales. Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and replenishing supplies glassware and garnishes
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying the age and identification of guests and refusing service to intoxicated individuals
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system
