As a Bartender, you will be the face of hospitality at the bar, welcoming customers with a smile, preparing the bar before service, and maintaining all beverage stations throughout your shift. You will recommend drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience. Precise preparation of cocktails and other beverages according to standardized recipes is essential, as is entering orders correctly into the POS system. Ensuring attentive and friendly service, offering drink refills, clearing unused items, and processing and thanking guests at checkout are critical to fostering repeat visits. This role demands adherence to food safety standards and the ability to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment. Physical demands include the ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
