Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • ability to stand or be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by interacting verbally in a friendly manner
  • adhere to all local and national liquor laws
  • mix and serve drinks following set Applebee's recipes
  • greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
  • collect payment from guests using QR code or POS
  • maintain a safe and clean environment by completing opening and closing side work
  • carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
  • use bar tools to minimize waste and manage bar costs
  • restock product including preparing garnishes at the start and end of shifts
