The role available is for a Bartender who will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the bar. This position involves the responsible management of bar supplies, deep knowledge of various liquors, drink recipes, and pricing, alongside an ability to serve guests promptly and accurately. The Bartender is expected to be familiar with cash handling procedures, including discounting and use of point-of-sale systems such as MICROS or registers. A key responsibility includes ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, responding quickly, and resolving any complaints professionally. The role also requires formal training in liquor liability, which is provided within 30 days of employment and refreshed every two years.

As part of their daily duties, the Bartender will prepare daily requisitions to maintain bar inventory at optimal levels, ensuring that all drink recipes, garnishes, and glassware are prepared and served according to company standards. Effective communication skills are vital, both for interactions with guests and colleagues, to foster a collaborative and enjoyable atmosphere. The position demands someone with a strong work ethic who thrives in high-pressure environments typical of fast-paced hospitality settings. Job Duties

  • Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
  • Be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor recipes prices and proper glassware used for each recipe including garnishes
  • Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
  • Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
  • Accurately charge guests for drinks and ensure accurate intake of all monies
  • Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations at all times
  • Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
  • Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
