Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor recipes prices and proper glassware used for each recipe including garnishes
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and ensure accurate intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
