Bartenders at Two Brothers are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including artisan spirits, handcrafted draft and bottled beers, and mixed beverages following precise recipes. They are expected to interact directly with customers at the bar as well as cooperatively with servers who place drink orders for dining room guests. A successful bartender at Two Brothers must be passionate about the craft of bartending, confident in sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for premium beverages, and proactive in making personalized recommendations to guests. In this position, bartenders not only serve drinks but also contribute to maintaining the bar by stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, managing inventory, and ensuring clean and orderly workspaces.

The role demands excellent multitasking abilities, as bartenders handle cash transactions, check customer identification to comply with legal drinking age requirements, and create a friendly and welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Bartenders must be physically capable of spending extended periods on their feet, performing tasks that sometimes involve lifting and moving heavy cases of liquor and other supplies.
