Red Lobster is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to join their team. This role involves welcoming guests, preparing and serving drinks according to established standards, and ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience at the bar. Bartenders play a critical role in maintaining the atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness that Red Lobster is known for. As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for greeting guests with a smile, preparing the bar including stocking drinks and glassware, suggesting drink and food pairings, and accurately taking and entering orders using the POS system. You will ensure that all beverages meet the highest quality standards by using the designated recipes, glassware, and garnishes. Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, monitoring guest satisfaction by offering refills and timely clearing of unused items, and processing payments efficiently are key aspects of the role. Bartenders are also expected to strictly follow all food safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for both guests and employees.

The physical demands of this position include the ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts), safely lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, and crouch as needed. Working effectively as a team member with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills is essential for success.
