The company prides itself on creating a welcoming environment where new friends soon become familiar faces. More than just a place to eat and work, Red Lobster is a community hub where guests come to enjoy favorite meals and special moments.\n\nThe role available is for a Bartender, a valuable position within the team that directly interacts with guests to enhance their experience through excellent service and quality beverage preparation. Additionally, Red Lobster invests in its employees by offering training and career advancement opportunities to help team members grow and succeed.\n\nAs a Bartender, you will be responsible for welcoming customers with a friendly smile, preparing the bar by setting up pouring stations and glassware before opening, and maintaining limited restocking of beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed. You will suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests, prepare all beverages according to standard recipes with proper glassware and garnishes, accurately take food and drink orders and input them into the POS system, ensure guests are well attended through timely refills and clearing unused items, process payments promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return. The company is committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions through reasonable adjustments.
