Job Description
This exciting opportunity is with a dynamic and unique restaurant brand that prides itself on breaking the mold of the conventional dining experience. Unlike typical establishments, this company is renowned for its commitment to creating a lively, engaging, and authentic atmosphere where the team members, affectionately called GOATs, are more than just employees — they are brand stewards and legacy builders. The culture here emphasizes fun, creativity, and genuine interactions with guests, making it a standout place for hospitality professionals looking to jumpstart or elevate their careers in the restaurant industry.
As a Bartender, also known as a Vibe Setter, you will be a crucial part of this energetic team, tasked with more than just mixing drinks. You will help shape memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service and fostering welcoming relationships with every guest who walks through the doors. This is not a role for the monotonous or faint-hearted. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, embraces the hustle, and embodies the vibrant spirit of the restaurant. It’s about creating stunning, handcrafted cocktails aligned with brand recipes, promoting the menu with deep product knowledge, and maintaining financial integrity during shifts by managing bar inventories effectively.
Bartenders are responsible for ensuring all service standards meet the highest levels to encourage repeat business and guest satisfaction. Safety and compliance with food and alcohol service laws are also paramount, as bartenders must be vigilant about not overserving guests or serving underage patrons. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items, alongside clear communication skills in English.
Working in this position offers more than just a paycheck. The restaurant fosters a one-team culture that values connection and mutual growth, supported by innovative technologies for easy scheduling and an open-door policy that ensures every team member’s voice is heard. Employees benefit from a range of exclusive perks, including discounts across the company’s diverse range of brands, retail discounts, daily pay access, and referral bonuses for bringing others into the team.
The establishment also offers medical insurance for full-time employees and unique discounts for entertainment and travel, underlining its commitment to supporting the holistic well-being and happiness of its team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, looking for a career that combines fun, creativity, and professional development in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. As a tipped position, compensation is competitive and aligned with the high standards and energy expected from every team member.
