The role of Dining Services Bartender / Server at Covenant Living is a dynamic position centered on delivering superior dining experiences to residents and guests. This role is integral to the dining services team, responsible for providing prompt and courteous service in both dining room and bar settings during scheduled hours. The Dining Services Bartender / Server will perform a variety of tasks including serving food and beverages, preparing cocktails, cleaning, hospitality duties, waiting tables, and bussing tables. This position also involves interaction with customers for taking orders, providing recommendations based on customer preferences, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and guest-focused attitude. The Dining Services Bartender / Server is expected to uphold strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with federal, state, and senior living healthcare regulations. They may additionally assist in food preparation, set up for meetings and special events, and manage bar inventory and supplies. The position demands excellent communication skills, patience, and compassion, particularly when working with senior adults. It is also essential for the Dining Services Bartender / Server to be dependable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.01 to $18.44, with pay determined by qualifications, experience, and other factors.
