We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our team and provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The bartender's role is critical in delivering the unique and memorable service that Tc4 is known for. This position offers compensation consisting of a base salary plus tips, making it rewarding for those who excel in guest interaction and cocktail preparation. As a bartender at Tc4 & Co., you will have the opportunity to craft both classic and innovative beverages that meet and exceed guest expectations. This role demands a combination of technical skill in mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to engage with guests authentically and professionally. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, interacting with patrons to take orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere by checking IDs and complying with all food and beverage regulations. Additionally, maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar is a key component of the position.
