The Bartender position at Anthony's is a vital role responsible for enhancing the guest experience through the expert preparation and serving of a diverse range of beverages. Job Duties

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
  • provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, following company policies
  • assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
  • adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • work collaboratively with BOH and FOH staff to coordinate timely service during busy periods
