Job Description

Jack's is the flagship establishment of Jack's Brand Restaurant Group, a respected family-owned hospitality company that has been serving Northeast Georgia since 2007. The group operates five unique concepts in the region, including Local Station, Jack's, Jack's Public House, ReBar, and Traditions Golf and Country Club. What unites these restaurants and venues is a commitment to great food, authentic hospitality, and a strong community spirit. Each location supports a close-knit environment where employees and guests alike feel valued and respected. The company prioritizes investing in its team members by promoting from within and fostering professional growth, ensuring that every job becomes a career opportunity rather than just a paycheck. Jack's itself is a classic American neighborhood bar that has built a reputation for excellence with its scratch kitchen, full bar service, and friendly atmosphere that welcomes regulars as if they were family. The culture at Jack's is one of professionalism, high standards, and care for its people, a blend that creates a warm, unpretentious setting where guests come not only for drinks but also for genuine connection and satisfaction.

The Role: The bartending position at Jack's offers an exciting opportunity for experienced bartenders eager to thrive in a busy, well-stocked bar environment. This role blends craft mixology with top-level hospitality skills, requiring a confident and consistent professional who takes pride in their work. As the face of the bar, you will be responsible for preparing expertly crafted cocktails and pouring classic drinks with speed and accuracy, ensuring every guest who takes a seat at the bar feels personally attended to. The position also involves engaging warmly with guests through knowledgeable service and attentive hospitality while supporting the team during high-volume periods. The bartender at Jack's plays a critical role in maintaining bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels, managing payments responsibly, and adhering strictly to responsible alcohol service protocols. Candidates will enjoy a role that values quality, teamwork, and service excellence. Working in such a dynamic, professionally run environment with opportunities to grow within the company makes this position well-suited for bartenders dedicated to their craft and passionate about exceptional guest experiences. This is a part-time or full-time role offering $2.13 per hour plus strong earning potential from tips during peak service times, a competitive compensation package accompanied by benefits such as shift meals, team discounts, 401K matching, and flexible scheduling. Jack's values reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, providing a supportive and inclusive workspace where team members are backed up on the floor and behind the scenes. If you are looking for a professional hospitality job with upward mobility and a connection to an enduring brand, this bartending role at Jack's offers a rewarding career path and a place to call home within the Northeast Georgia community.
