We are currently seeking energetic and customer-focused bartenders to join our team at LongHorn Steakhouse. This role goes beyond simply mixing drinks; it involves pouring passion and personality into every guest interaction, supporting our culture of authenticity and connection. As a bartender at LongHorn, you will serve exceptional beverages while providing full menu service and maintaining a clean, inviting bar environment. Our bartenders take a leadership role in upholding responsible alcohol service standards and contribute to the successful execution of to-go experiences for our guests.

The compensation for bartenders will vary by location, with the opportunity to earn tips in addition to base pay. We understand the importance of flexibility in the workplace and provide a schedule that allows team members to conveniently swap shifts through our mobile app, making it easier to balance work and life commitments. Alongside competitive pay provided every week, team members enjoy shift meals which include a variety of sides, salads, and soups. To acknowledge the loyalty and contributions of our staff, we offer anniversary pay as well as special holiday considerations, including being closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas to allow our team members to spend time with family.
