We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Bartenders who will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of hospitality P.F. Chang's is known for. Bartenders at P.F. Chang's are core team members responsible for crafting and serving alcoholic beverages that complement the menu, enhancing the guests’ overall dining experience. This role requires expertise in beverage preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and paid on-the-job training to support team members as they grow their skills and professionally advance within the company. Bartenders will be responsible for preparing alcoholic drinks according to P.F. Chang's signature recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, managing inventory, and ensuring responsible alcohol service at all times.

Additionally, bartenders collaborate closely with other service team members to guarantee guests enjoy seamless, attentive hospitality from the moment they enter the restaurant until their departure. Understanding the restaurant’s seating layout and service flow is essential to efficiently deliver food and beverages and exceed guest expectations. Team members are encouraged to learn and follow company procedures for sanitation, safety, and alcohol service compliance.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Make and execute P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
  • Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Partner with other hospitality service team to ensure guests have everything they need
  • Learn how to set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's China Bistro specifications
  • Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service
