The bartender position at KW Property Management and Consulting plays a crucial role in enhancing the dining and bar experiences for guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • prior experience working in a restaurant as a bartender
  • basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
  • familiarity with standard drink recipes
  • must maintain an applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card
  • must be 21 or older

Job Duties

  • Serve alcohol responsibly, prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, anticipate guest needs and follow the half-full rule when offering drinks, learn guests' names and preferences, welcome each guest personally within 30 seconds, communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic language, work as a team to maintain an effective food and beverage service, keep bar and dining areas clean and stocked, mix garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks following standard recipes, arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display, wash and sterilize stemware, offer assistance proactively, attend to tables in the dining area, set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tables, prepare fresh garnishes and stock supplies, restock bar with liquor and supplies, remove soiled wares and wash glassware, anticipate and communicate replenishment needs, process payments accurately, count bank at shift end and secure bank, secure liquor and storage areas, complete closing duties, follow all company safety policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets, welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards, adhere to quality expectations
