Five Iron Golf is currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Bartenders to join its vibrant team. As a Bartender at Five Iron Golf, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and genuine hospitality to each guest. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply mixing and serving drinks; you will be the face of the bar, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This position requires a keen understanding of various spirits, beers, and wines, as well as the creativity to develop innovative specials, cocktails, and promotions that enhance the customer experience. Bartenders are also responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

The role demands excellent communication skills and a warm, upbeat personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. Bartenders must be knowledgeable about the functionality of simulators, as part of the interactive sports experience offered at Five Iron Golf, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including verifying customer identification to responsibly serve alcohol. This job offers competitive hourly wages, starting at $18.32 per hour plus tips, with shifts primarily scheduled during nights and weekends to meet guest demand.
