Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of bar experience
- Knowledge of spirits and wine
- Ability to create craft artisan cocktails
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to handle bar tools and glassware
- Adherence to state and federal alcohol service laws
Job Qualifications
- Professional and energetic
- High school education or equivalent is preferred
- At least one year of bar experience
- Knowledge of spirits and wine
- Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
- Hotel experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate a point of sale system

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking of beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce
- Maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- Abide by state, federal, and corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Input orders into the register and create checks for guests to maintain accountability of beverages served
- Receive cash, make change, verify charges, record charges, and ensure proper execution of vouchers
- Lock and store all beverage, food and equipment items, secure cash deposits
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
