The Bartender position at Logan's Roadhouse is a key role within the restaurant's front-of-house team. This position is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating the bar area to ensure guests receive excellent service. Bartenders are tasked with preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering strictly to recipes and state and local regulations regarding alcohol service. This role requires a great deal of coordination and communication, not only with fellow bartenders but also with other servers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless bar and dining experiences. A significant part of the job involves managing inventory, keeping the bar clean and organized, as well as handling monetary transactions accurately using the POS system. Bartenders must take an active role in promoting specials and upselling beverages to enhance sales. The position demands physical stamina, good sensory perception, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- bartending experience preferred
- successful completion of hourly position validations including safety, systems, and menu training
- passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
- adherence to Logan's Roadhouse appearance standards

Job Duties
- Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
- mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure/recipe and restaurant specifications
- perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
- communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
- reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
- maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
- perform other side duties assigned by management such as restocking, checking restrooms, refilling ice, and assisting other team members
