The Bartender position at Logans Roadhouse is a crucial role that involves the set-up, maintenance, and operation of the bar area. This role also includes coordinating the delivery of drinks and food within the bar environment, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Completion of company-required training and alcohol certification
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work effectively with guests and team members
  • Adherence to appearance and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems, menu
  • Passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
  • Adheres to Logans Roadhouse Appearance Standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Check guests identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure/recipe and restaurant specifications
  • Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
  • Communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
  • Reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
  • Maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
  • Other side duties assigned by management
